A. Ordinance 2018-05 – Driveways, Curb Breaks and Maintenance Bonds Required
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE LAND USAGE CODE; ADDING SECTION 156.54 MAINTENANCE BOND REQUIRED ; AMENDING SECTION 157.504 DRIVEWAYS AND CURB BREAKS IN COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AREA ENCOMPASSED, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
6. ADJOURNMENT
Pursuant to Section 286. 0105, FS, the Town hereby advises the public that: If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Town Council with respect to any matter considered at its meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and that for such purposes, affected persons may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. This notice does not constitute consent by the Town for the introduction or admission into evidence of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor does it authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise allowed by law.
